When they always say that marriage is a whole new set of problems and we must learn how to handle them, it is really true. When they say marriage isn't easy, it is really true. When parents say we really need to think carefully about marriage decisions, it is really true. I once had this deep meaningful talk with Huiyan. About marriages. Hahaha! I know we're so -_-''. Still young and already talking about marriage. Eh..we're matured people to want to look far okay. Chey! Macam faham only. Hehe. Okay. So i was telling her that i'm scared of the commitment in marriage life. And she was too. So i asked her what is the exact thing that she is scared of? And she told me that she is scared of not being able to carry the responsibilities of a wife and mother. Scared that she can't do housework well enough and do normal duties that a normal wife should do. And she asked me the same question back. My reply was that i am scared of not being able to accept the flaws of my future husband. Like every single unglam/ugly moments of him. I'm afraid that i'll be like..erm..disgusted with him? Hahahaha! See see. I don't know why i'm feeling like that. They say that when you fall for someone truly and wholeheartedly, you will accept every of his flaws and weaknesses and be able to look through all his imperfections. You will love him for who he is. Yeah i know. Haha. But they also say that love is blind and marriage restores its sight. For me, if possible, i don't want to have any feeling of eeww to my future husband at all. I want to look at him in awe and really in aaww every single day and moment. Hehe. But then, yesterday, when i watched Ejen Cinta at suria, i learnt something new that changed my perspective. There was this part that the drama serial said something about we shouldn't be so hard up towards our partner. We shouldn't place barriers on him and restrict ourselves with him. We shouldn't have high expectations on him just because we believe he is going to be our life-long partner. The simple reason gave was he is just a normal human being, not perfect. Yes. My perception has changed. I mean i can't expect the best of someone when he is just a normal human being who is bound to have weaknesses and flaws. Even i am a weak creation by Allah swt with so much flaws. I can't be selfish and unreasonable, yes i can't. Anyway back to relationships are really fragile. Because a marriage could lead to a divorce. What more, boy-girl relationships huh? Anyway, whatever it is, please treasure each relationships in your life cause to me, that's what i live for in this life. And some say nothing lasts forever. Is that true? Love idah.
