Before this, i was making kuih keciput! Hahahah. So cute right the name? Haha! Okay. Yes, i remembered the recipe that my mum taught me yesterday and so, i did it all by myself due to my mum's request. Chey! Can make it lah like this. Can get married lah like this. Hahahahah! Nahh..just joking.

Then i helped my mum to cook Sambal Godok. In case you're not a Javanese, Sambal Godok is seriously delicious. Something like lemak-ish but with alot of vegetables. One day, one freaking day, i'm gonna own the kitchen and try my best to cook whatever dishes i have learnt and written in my cookbook for my family. Aisehbedah! Hahahah. But that will happen only if mum trust me to do so. Hahahah!

Anyway, after Sahur, i don't know why my mind was thinking so hard.
And finally, i came to a conclusion that a family can't make it without a mother. But of course, there are exceptions lah. I came to this conclusion because the children will be the ones suffering with the absence of the mother. Cause mothers are the one to soothe and comfort us whenever we are in need of one. Mothers are the one we search for when we're sick or in trouble. Cause they just knock some sense into us. A father is commonly the one to bring home the bacon and make sure everything is financially okay. Mothers play a major role in the upbringing of the children, like totally. Even guys, no matter how action macho they try to be, they always seek for their mother and if you look deep deep inside, they are still a mother's boy at heart.

One living example i know of is Khai. Haha. No matter what he is now, i know how much he loves his mother. Although at times, he would be sharing stories about his mother and give me that 'no i bukan anak mak ok!' look, he would still seek his mother. And one example that shows how dear his mother is to him, he named his mother's handphone number as Lovely in his handphone. Hahaha! Isn't this mat so adorable? Hehe!

And i came across a blog of a girl who lost her mother. Her father is busy working for money. I can sense how lonely she is just by reading her blog. She's even much lonelier during Ramadhan because her family is just not usually at home. I really empathise her and also wish that she would fine happiness in her family soon enough, just the way she hopes for so much.

We all know how much we, as a Muslim, love Ramadhan right? Cause it's a holy month whereby not only do we chase for more goodness in the after world. But it's also the month that a family gets closer just by breaking our fast together. I mean for most times, we're just too busy with our hectic schedule and life that we don't have dinner together that often. I really treasure the month of Ramadhan alot cause it makes me realise how fortunate i am in all aspects of life.

I have a mother who is a wonderwoman and a hulk, at times. And no matter how hectic my schedule can get, i still need her to just give me a smile to assure myself that i can do it.

So what else do i want right?
I realised that Allah swt really does love me a whole bunch. =)

Love idah.
